Welcome To KBC Worship!
"Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth! Serve the LORD with gladness! Come into his presence with singing!" — Psalm 100:1-2 (ESV)
"Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise in the assembly of the godly!" — Pslam 149:1 (ESV)
"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with the thankfulness in your hearts to God. — Colossians 3:16 (ESV)
There are so many great scriptures that talk about singing! Actually, the word sing appears in the scriptures over 400 times and at least 50 of those are commands! Doesn't it make your heart happy on a Sunday morning to sing, "Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine..." with your brothers and sisters in Christ? Or to cry out, "Thank you Jesus for the blood applied..." with the choir during a night of worship?
